When I think about what must actually be the basis of leadership, it is the ability to talk.

Mindful and Strategic Leadership
Our programs look at the full complexity of leadership. You learn to be aware of social dynamics, make decisions under difficult conditions, provide guidance to others, and gain confidence in dealing with difficult situations. Above all else, you learn how to achieve goals and deliver results with your team.
We combine e-learning, webinars and on-site modules. This combination maximises the benefit you get from the program.

From knowledge to skillful practice
In our training courses it is important for us, that we…
- agree goals with the participants, check progress regularly, and provide feedback
- tackle concrete questions from practice, because this intensifies learning - and in addition gives immediate return on the training activities.
- use a wide range of experience-oriented forms of learning - also in our virtual formats
- actively involve the participants in co-designing training programs: networking, learning partnerships and exchange of experience
- support individual growth more than simply impart knowledge.
DEVELOPING COMPETENCES CONSEQUENTLY SELECTION
Through an intensive examination of the current (often international) leadership situation, we gain a clear picture of what the topics and challenges are for our target groups. Then we design suitable programs.
New topics are constantly being integrated into our programmes, e.g. social dynamics and uncertainty, agility, self-organisation, networking, feelings and intuitions in leadership.
